The Board of Directors of Tamawood Limited (Tamawood or the Company) is responsible for the corporate governance of the Group. The Board guides and monitors the business and affairs of Tamawood on behalf of shareholders by whom they are elected and to whom they are accountable.

A description of Tamawood's main corporate governance practices is set out in the following Corporate Governance Guidelines. Tamawood's corporate governance practices were in place throughout the year ended 30 June 2023 unless otherwise stated. They comply with the ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations (4th Edition).
